I think that’s right. You don’t ‘need’ a top level goalie to win but it certainly helps the cause. Tampa is obviously excellent across the board but part of their greatness and style of play is due to the fact they have one of the best goalies in the world. IMO there are too many good pieces to tear it all down. This isn’t the late 90’s islanders.
